With Vecchialira we wanted to remember our true origins and our Italian recipes and gastronomic traditions. We choose and use in the creation of our food products and ingredients almost exclusively km0 of excellent quality. When we decide to include in our menus seasonal foods or products of other regions we keep they are genuine and certified as Slow Food products, as well as to ensure origin and be able to satisfy our customers vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or not.
